Utilization-Quality Mgt

Assists in managing quality, safety, clinical and operational projects for ambulatory practice sites and assists leaders of Clinical Care, Quality, Safety and Education. Provides a wide range of services to multiple offices/practices with a diversity of patient populations and patient care including, but not limited to, coaching for safety, gathering needed information, collecting data outcomes, training associates, and assisting in the implementation of quality, safety, and operational projects. Clinical responsibilities include direct care associate training, competency assessment, safety event reviews/follow-up, and assessment of clinical programs and initiatives. Participates in the new programs and education planning.
