- You will support the leadership and guidance for Training Coordinators
- In this position, you will participate in the interview / hiring process of Operation / Production Technicians
- You will be responsible for plant wide orientation and training of new hire Operation / Production Technicians and oversee their performance and attendance of new hires for first 90-days
- Further, you will ensure accurate training records and training matrices for all departments
