- In this role you will lead and maintain the overall activities of the production area during the shift
- You will also ensure production plan is followed and assist with training and continuous improvement
- Prepare post shift turnover report for oncoming shift and lead shift start up meetings is part of your role
- Function as a working Team Leader filling voids on the production team should they occur
- You will assist with the effective training and continual development of Operation Technicians
- Ongoing development of standardized work methods/processes, ensure that standardized work is followed
- Also you will drive performance objectives in the areas of delivery, cost, quality, and safety, and assist team members in consistently achieving their specific goal
- You will operate and/or oversee the operation of technical processes and equipment
- Monitor equipment and processes and ensure recording of process parameters
