Maintenance Team Lead
Ellisville, MS, United States | req15212 Swing Shift or rotating days 5am – 5:30pm
What you will enjoy doing*
- In this role you will lead and maintain the overall activities of the maintenance team during the shift
- You will perform preventive maintenance on equipment and mechanical systems, install/modify, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical equipment and systems
- Furthermore, you will identify malfunctions and disassemble of equipment/systems
- You will repair and replace structural components
- This role collaborates and supports Production staff through effective and timely assistance and repairs
- It is key to accomplish all work in orders to maintain safety, reduce downtime, improve quality production, and improve plant efficiency
What makes you great
- A High School Diploma / GED is required
- 3 years Industrial Maintenance experience
- Experience in reading and understanding electrical schematics and mechanical blueprints
- Must have knowledge of skilled trades, be mechanically inclined and have understanding of PLC troubleshooting
- Basic computer skills
