All associates are accountable for their role in meeting patient experience standards. Serves as a regional administrative leader for the Ambulatory Surgery Network. Provides strategic leadership and oversight of multiple ambulatory surgery centers within the Ambulatory Surgery Network. Responsible for achieving growth, financial, service, and operational goals for at least four ambulatory surgery centers. Leads and develops site administrative teams and works collaboratively with site Medical Directors to assure the delivery of customer-focused, high-quality care to both patients and physician customers. Assists with leading the growth strategy for the MedStar Ambulatory Surgery Network including identification, development, construction and operational oversight for new ambulatory surgery centers and acquisitions. Works closely with service-line leadership to identify growth opportunities. Focuses on delivering "world class" results in all areas of the MedStar scorecard: Quality/Safety, Patient Experience, Growth, Associate Satisfaction and Financial Performance.
