We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Psychiatric Nurse to join a skilled team for inpatient eating disorder work in Dedham, MA. As a Psychiatric Nurse, you will provide specialized care to patients with mental health/eating disorders. Your role will involve assessing patients, developing care plans, administering medications, and providing therapeutic interventions. Job Duties:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' mental health status
• Develop individualized care plans based on assessment findings
• Administer medications and monitor their effectiveness
• Provide therapeutic interventions to patients, including counseling and psychoeducation
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure coordinated care
• Monitor patients for any changes in their mental health condition and adjust treatment plans as necessary
• Document all patient interactions and maintain accurate medical records
• Educate patients and their families about mental health conditions, treatment options, and coping strategies

Pay: $125,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
