MedSource Staffing Agency is hiring for a Temp to Hire - Full Time - License Practical Nurse (LPN) in and around the Cheraw, SC area

What candidates should have:

• Have the ability to work full time with rotating weekends
• At least 6 months previous experience working in a senior living community
• Be comfortable working with elderly patients in Skilled Nursing and Assisted Living
• This is NOT a home health or travel position

Pay rate:

Starting at $33.00 and up to $34.00/hourly. Pay rate will be determined based upon candidates previous experience. Pay is weekly each Friday following the end of a pay period (Sunday-Saturday) from the previous week via direct deposit.

Qualifications/Credentials Needed:

• Valid LPN license in South Carolina or from a reciprocity state and in good standing with the relevant licensing board
• Completion of an accredited practical nursing program
• Proven experience as an LPN in a healthcare setting is preferred
• Solid understanding of nursing principles, procedures, and practices
• Excellent clinical skills, including the ability to perform routine nursing tasks competently and accurately
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals
• Proficient in using electronic medical records and other healthcare software
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities
• Demonstrated compassion, empathy, and patience in providing care to patients
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends, and holidays
• Current CPR or BLS certification
• Current proof of TB within the last 12 months or Negative Chest X-Ray within the last 5 years must be provided to be considered for this position.
