Medijobs is Hiring a Dental Front Desk Receptionist Near Victor, NY

Job Summary:
Our newly constructed and state of the art facility is looking for a Front Desk Receptionist who can help keep our office running smoothly and efficiently . The ideal candidate will have experience in handling various administrative tasks and providing excellent customer service in a medical or dental office setting.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer phone calls and direct them appropriately
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
- Verify insurance information and process patient payments
- Maintain electronic medical records with accuracy and confidentiality
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed

Experience:
The successful candidate should possess the following skills:
- Experience with phone systems in a medical or dental office
- Familiarity with medical scheduling software ( medsys, nice to have)
- Understanding of HIPAA regulations
- Strong administrative skills

- Previous experience working in a dental office
