Our Front office receptionists are the first impression of our practice and bring huge value to our team. We are looking for someone who is passionate about serving people, has a genuine positive attitude and ready to work in a fast-paced environment.
We want someone that can work hard and also have fun. Our culture is professional yet down to earth. We take extra time to get to know our patients and find the best way to serve them.
Responsibilities include: Checking in and checking out patients; answering incoming calls and direct calls as needed; scheduling patients for follow up appointments; scanning/uploading documents to patient’s electronic medical chart. As well as covering the front office role in Ocala and Lake City when the front office teammate is out sick or on vacation. This could be up to 2 days a week.
