Summary: The Front Desk Receptionist/Office Administrator greets and welcomes all visitors and team members that come to Charles Perry Partners, Inc. Corporate office. This position is a highly responsible position involving specialized, detailed, and confidential work. They are responsible for various administrative tasks including but not limited to answering and filtering through phone calls, document management, and managing corporate calendars/schedules. Daily activities in this position are conducted to promote the company's vision, mission, and core values. Responsibilities:
Greet visitors, staff, and others in a professional and courteous manner.
Administer the phones, receive/direct calls and assist caller with needed information.
Maintain meeting room schedules and calendars.
Maintain filing systems protocol for document retention, protection, retrieval, and disposal.
Prepare all overnight shipping (i.e. UPS, FedEx, and USPS)
Administer incoming and outgoing mail and distribute to appropriate personnel.
Monitor and maintain all general office supplies, including specific needs of others, and service requirements of office systems.
Maintain the upkeep of all common areas.
Assist Health and Safety department with recordkeeping and distribution of safety equipment and job site signage.
Assist the Human Resource department with recordkeeping of employee files, training, recruiting, and onboarding functions.
Qualifications and Skills:
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
