Responsibilities:
- Partner with stakeholders across Medici (clinicians, data scientists, engineers) to identify user needs and translate them into actionable product requirements.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive product roadmap for health analytics and reporting at Medici, focusing on continuous improvement and innovation.
- Prioritize features based on user needs, business impact, and technical feasibility.
- Own the product backlog at Medici, ensuring it is clear, concise, and up-to-date.
- Work closely with the engineering team at Medici to define user stories, acceptance criteria, and technical specifications.
- Champion user adoption and engagement through effective communication and training on new features within Medici.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and user behavior to measure the success of analytics and reporting tools at Medici.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and technologies in healthcare analytics.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant healthcare data privacy regulations (HIPAA etc.).
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in product management or a related field.
- Proven experience in defining and prioritizing product requirements in an Agile environment.
- Strong understanding of healthcare data analytics and visualization best practices.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to bridge the gap between technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, startup environment is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills and a passion for data-driven decision-making.
