Medical Training College is seeking a full-time Admissions Representative to join our dynamic team. The perfect candidate must be goal-oriented, highly motivated, driven to succeed, and have the ability to genuinely care for and connect with others.
As an Admissions Representative, you play a vital role in fulfilling our mission of educating students for careers that exist today.
The ideal candidate must strive to provide exceptional customer service in all facets of their daily work. This role is full-time and on-site at our Baton Rouge campus.
The candidate that fills this role must strive to be above reproach and maintain the highest standards of ethics.
This role reports directly to the Assistant Director.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
- Contact and set appointments with incoming prospective students for campus visits
- Conduct virtual and face-to-face interviews to assess prospective students educational needs, career ambitions, and abilities to help guide them to the appropriate program for them.
- Provide comprehensive information about the various program offerings and help prospective students navigate the requirements and documentation needed to meet the demands of various regulatory entities.
- Follow-up with contacts via phone calls, emails, texts, etc.
- Complete all paperwork and data entry necessary for the enrollment process with great attention to detail.
- Report and document all daily activities with prospective students within appropriate systems.
- 3-5 years of proven and exceptional customer service and / or sales experience is strongly preferred
- Some College Education is preferred, High School Diploma Required
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable with making and receiving a high volume of calls
- Must be computer-literate, able to utilize and interact with a CRM
- Successful candidates must be able to pass a criminal background check and full drug screen.
