We are hiring: FULL TIME WITH BENEFITS! APPLY TODAY!

**Starting no less than $16.70

Responsibilities and Duties:

Review all incoming orders for necessary and qualifying documents.
- Demographics
- Insurance
- Testing (where applicable)
- Supporting documents
Verify insurance coverage.
Secure Method of Payment per MSC protocol
Contact appropriate parties to obtain any missing documentation.
Accurate input of patient information and orders into systems
Generate and review medical necessity forms to ensure compliance and enter for billing purposes.
Provide customer service to new and existing patients.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Education: Graduate of an accredited high school.

Experience/Knowledge/Skills/Physical Requirements:

Minimum of 3 year of progressively responsible customer service experience
Customer oriented with excellent oral and written communication skills.
Pleasant personality with excellent phone and interpersonal and organizational skills (a team player)
Ability to organize and coordinate multiple tasks.
Self Starter
Works well independently
