We have urgent opening for Pediatric Critical Care Medicine Nurse Practitioner (NP) for Los Angeles Location.

• Shift Schedule Details & Shift Duration: Days & Nights; 7-7. Mainly night shifts
• Initial 6-month assignment (Possibility of extension)
• It's a referral center for young patients requiring highly complicated and life-saving procedures. They are a Level-1 Trauma Unit and admit nearly 1400 critically ill patients each year.
• Type of Patients/Cases: Pediatric ICU Cases. Surgical cases. Cardiac overflow. Quick-turn ICU.
• Patients per Day/Volume: 12 bed unit, plan to cover an average of 6 patients per night.
• Support Staff: 2 NPs on each shift. Attending during day shift, night shift attending on call, full nursing team.
• Responsible of Mid-Level Providers.
• The NPs operate independently, running the units' days and nights.
• Board Certified Required: Yes
• Active CA State License Required: Yes
