We are a bustling, physician-owned cosmetic and medical dermatology office in Reston, VA, on the lookout for a talented and dedicated Aesthetic Injector to join our vibrant team. Our practice prioritizes maintaining a healthy work-life balance!

The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional proficiency in aesthetic assessment and treatment, with a keen eye for detail and artistic precision. They should possess advanced skills in administering aesthetic injections, including neurotoxins, dermal fillers, and Platelet-Rich Fibrin (PRF) injections, along with a deep understanding of facial anatomy and physiology. We require a minimum of two (2) years of hands-on experience in aesthetic procedures, encompassing the precise administration of injectables, as well as a proven track record of achieving superior aesthetic outcomes. Proficiency in conducting consultative facial assessments and delivering well-considered recommendations for retail skincare products that drive sales is essential.

We seek an individual who is self-motivated and entrepreneurial, possessing a keen eye for detail, capable of working independently under the guidance of a supervising physician while upholding rigorous medical and aesthetic standards. A positive, enthusiastic demeanor coupled with a passion for ongoing learning and refinement of skills is crucial. Additionally, the ideal candidate will take ownership of cultivating, growing, and retaining a robust book of business, demonstrating proactive efforts in building lasting relationships with clients and ensuring their satisfaction with our services.

Responsibilities

• Perform aesthetic injections, including but not limited to Botox and dermal fillers.
• Collaborate with dermatologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Educate patients on skincare routines and pre/post-treatment care.
• Recommend other available aesthetic treatments as deemed appropriate.
• Maintain timely and accurate patient records.

Qualifications

• Valid Register Nurse, Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner license in Virginia.
• Board certification.
• Proven experience in aesthetic injections.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Commitment to providing high-quality patient care.
