Medical Office Systems is Hiring a Collections Specialist Near Russellville, AR

Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Collection Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial concepts, accounts receivable, and medical collections. This position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where your skills will be valued.

Responsibilities:
- Contact individuals with overdue payments to arrange settlements
- Negotiate payment plans and follow up on payment commitments

- Perform account analysis, reconciliation, and maintain accurate records
- Use phone etiquette to communicate effectively with clients
- Apply knowledge of accounting software for tracking and managing accounts
- Handle debits, credits, and financial transactions accurately

Experience:
- Proven experience in collections, preferably in medical collections
- Strong understanding of financial concepts and accounts receivable processes
- Familiarity with account reconciliation and analysis
- Proficiency in using accounting software for managing accounts
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
