Dietary Aide

Medical Management Health and Rehab is currently seeking experienced Dietary Aides for our long term care facility.

Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.

Job Duties Include: Performs routine functions in the dietary department including preparation of portion control items for meals, patients, working tray assembly line, helping in salad and cook area if needed and performing various food preparation and cleaning activities.

Dietary Cook

Medical Management Health and Rehab is currently seeking an experienced Dietary Cook for our long term care facility.

Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.

Job Duties Include: Prepares and cooks meals and snacks for residents in accordance with Resident Diet Specification, facility procedures and prescribed dietary and sanitary regulations under the supervision of the Dietary Manager by performing the following duties.
