QUALIFICATIONS:
GENERAL CONDUCT AND APPEARANCE:
SKILLS:
- Knowledge of computer operating systems, MS Office applications, and accounting software.
- Ability to type 40 WMS with 99% degree of accuracy.
- Demonstrates superior problem solving and analytical skills in the analysis of accounting, bookkeeping and payroll tasks.
- Ability to forecast and justify needed resources for the financial needs of the company.
- Possesses good written, oral presentation and interpersonal communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to define scope and develop new concepts to solve complex problems and critical information gaps and use sophisticated research techniques.
- Possesses the ability to function as a representative to outside organizations on financial matters.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Entering data, maintaining spreadsheets, and producing documents and reports.
- Assists in preparing monthly, quarterly and yearly financial reports
- Assist is gathering data to renew auto insurance, Professional liability insurance and Health insurance.
- Assist in gathering all necessary data needed for the analysis of the company’s financial situation.
- Compiles documents to generate entries to produce financial statements.
- Filing, faxing, copying, scan and mailing documents.
- Answering the phones and facilitating communication; assisting with the front desk, as needed.
- Coordinating with other departments and personnel.
Providing general clerical and administrative support.
- Attending, documenting, typing, and filing meeting minutes.
- Miscellaneous duties as assigned by Department Managers/ Administrator.
