Job Title: Field Representative

Through the Save My Life Program, frontline workers receive comprehensive and extensive testing so they can be at their healthiest when they are serving our communities. By using our program, essential workers and their families can have peace of mind by limiting the occupational risks to only those mentioned in the job description.

Job Summary: Our Field Marketers are responsible for traveling to different information sessions to conduct information sessions on company services.

Essential Functions (Duties/Responsibilities)

• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
• Distribute marketing materials, samples, and promotional items at strategic locations.
• Act as a brand ambassador, fostering positive connections with the target audience.
• Ensure that brand messaging and visual identity are consistently represented in field marketing activities.
• Provide regular reports on field activities, including insights gathered, leads generated, and challenges faced.
• Develop a deep understanding of the company's products or services to effectively communicate value propositions during field interactions.
• Other duties assigned

Education/ Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience in marketing or sales role
• Proven experience in outbound cold calling, lead generation, or telemarketing.
• Knowledge of marketing tools, techniques and best practices

Physical Requirements

• Extended periods of sitting, standing and computer use are common in office-based roles.
• Good manual dexterity is important for tasks such as typing, using a mouse, and handling paperwork.
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs
• Consistent need for travel via motor vehicle

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
