PANDA KITCHEN & BATH OF NJ LLC is Hiring a Field Sales Representative Near Monmouth, NJ

Panda Plus Cabinetry, a leading supplier of kitchen and bath cabinets across New Jersey and in our sister locations throughout Florida. Our Monmouth Junction, NJ location is seeking a qualified Field Sales Representative to help sell the products and services that our customers rely on. The ideal candidate will be a quick learner who has strong negotiating skills and an ability to showcase our offerings in a compelling way.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify prospects, set appointments, make effective qualifying sales calls, and manage sales cycle to close new business in all service categories
  • Maintain working relationships with existing clients to ensure that they receive exceptional service and to identify potential new sales opportunities.
  • Travel to various kitchen and bath showrooms/dealers to acquire potential new customers that will aid in selling our products.
  • Maintain a strong knowledge of current product offerings and pricing to deliver strong product presentations to clients.

Preferred Qualifications, Essential Skills, and Experience:

  • Previous sales/marketing/communication experience
  • Prior Kitchen/Bath Cabinet Sales experience is a plus.
  • Goal Oriented and metrics driven, with an aggressive mindset
  • Ability to develop quality relationships and communicate effectively with management, peers, internal teams, suppliers, and customers
  • Excellent organizational, written, and oral communication, listening and presentation skills
  • Self-motivated and self-starter with the ability to manage time and meet deadlines
  • Commitment to sales training process and personal development

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $48,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
