Position Overview:
We are seeking a passionate and driven Inside Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. As an Inside Sales Representative specializing in medical equipment, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth and expanding our customer base within the healthcare industry. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals with a strong sales acumen and a genuine desire to make a difference in healthcare.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and qualify leads through proactive outreach via phone calls, emails, and other communication channels
• Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the features, benefits, and applications of our medical equipment
• Collaborate closely with the sales team to develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed revenue targets
• Build and nurture strong relationships with healthcare professionals, including physicians, nurses, administrators, and procurement staff
• Understand customer needs and pain points to effectively position our products as solutions that address their specific challenges
• Coordinate with internal teams, including customer service, marketing, and product development, to ensure seamless customer experiences
• Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory requirements to effectively position our products in the market

Qualifications:

• Proven track record of success in inside sales, preferably within the medical equipment or healthcare industry
• Strong understanding of medical terminology, equipment, and procedures
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset and a passion for exceeding sales targets
• Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience working with medical professionals and healthcare facilities is a plus
