The Role:
As a Sales Manager at MediaReach, you will be responsible for recruiting, training, and managing a team of sales agents. Your primary focus will be on motivating and guiding your team to achieve and exceed sales targets. You will have the autonomy to determine the size of your team and the flexibility to choose your sales methods and locations. This is a hands-on role that requires leadership skills, a strategic mindset, and the ability to inspire and develop sales professionals.
Responsibilities:
* Recruit, train, and manage a team of sales agents, providing ongoing coaching and support to drive performance.
* Develop and execute sales strategies to maximize revenue growth and market share for Spectrum and Frontier services.
* Monitor and analyze key performance indicators, including churn rates, weekly sales numbers, and compliance rates.
* Foster a positive and collaborative team environment, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
Ideal Candidate:
* Experience in sales management, preferably within the telecom industry.
* Ability to recruit, train, and lead sales teams.
* Leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others.
* Strategic thinker with problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
* Results-oriented with a track record of achieving and surpassing sales targets.
