As an Excess ACP Field Agent at MediaReach, you will play a vital role in enrolling qualified low-income individuals and those receiving government benefits into our Lifeline/ACP program. Your primary responsibilities will include educating potential beneficiaries about the benefits they are entitled to, providing customer support, and conducting outreach activities.

This is a commission-based role with flexible working hours and the opportunity to work independently at various locations, including El Monte, Pomona, Ontario, and San Bernadino. Our team prides itself on being supportive, fostering a collaborative environment to help you succeed.

Responsibilities:

• Enroll eligible low-income individuals and government benefits recipients into the Lifeline/ACP program.
• Educate members of the community about the free phones, tablets, and services available through the program, including free calling, texting, and data.
• Provide excellent customer support, answering questions and resolving any issues or concerns.
• Conduct proactive outreach activities, actively reaching out at locations to maximize program visibility.
• Set up tents, chairs, tables, and marketing materials at designated locations to attract potential beneficiaries.
• Collaborate with team members and managers to achieve program enrollment targets and performance goals.
• Pursue opportunities for career growth and advancement, such as inventory management, training tasks, and managing your own team.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Ability to work independently and proactively engage with potential beneficiaries.
• Familiarity with government benefits programs and eligibility criteria, including the requirement for a government-issued ID and benefit cards (e.g., medical, EBT, food stamps, WIC), is a plus.
• Comfortable using technology, including smartphones, tablets, and related applications.
• Self-motivated and target-driven, with a proven ability to meet and exceed goals.
• Flexibility to work at various locations, with the potential to set up independently at locations of choice after training.

• This position is commission-based, with compensation tied to individual performance, consistency, and compliance with Lifeline and ACP regulations.
