YOUR NEXT OPPORTUNITY :

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as an ESOP Administrator with specific expertise in allocation processes.

This critical role requires seamless collaboration with our trusted third-party administrator (TPA) to ensure the end-to-end accuracy and efficiency of allocating company stock to participants.

You will be the bridge between internal data and TPAs, ensuring smooth data transfers, proactive troubleshooting, and clear communication for a frictionless allocation experience

WHAT YOU'LL DO :

Allocation Process Ownership :

Directly interface with our TPAto understand and translate allocation processes.

Prepare and review data feedsfor accuracy and adherence to TPA specifications.

Monitor data transfersand proactively address any discrepancies or errors.

Coordinate with internal teams(payroll,HR) to ensure timely and accurate data delivery.

Work with the TPAto resolve allocation related issues and discrepancies.

Enhanced Communication and Coordination :

Act as theprimary liaisonbetween internal stakeholders and the TPA on allocation matters.

Clearly communicateallocation schedules,deadlines,and requirements to internal teams.

Proactively informthe TPA of any changes or updates affecting allocation data.

Develop and maintain strong working relationshipswith TPA team members.

Additional Responsibilities :

Maintain participant records and process transactions related to allocations.

Assist with special projects related to the ESOP,such as valuations or feasibility studies.

Stay abreast of changes in ESOP regulations and best practices related to allocations.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL :

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and data analysis tools.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills,written and verbal.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

A passion for employee ownership and a commitment to the success of the ESOP.

WHAT YOU BRING TO US :

ESOP and / or retirement plan / 401k Administration experience

Bachelor's degree in accounting,finance,or a related field.

Minimum 3-5 years of experiencein employee benefits administration,preferably with ESOP allocations.

TRAVEL : Up to 10%

WORKING CONDITIONS :

General work environment - sitting for long periods, standing, walking, typing, carrying, pushing, bending. Work is conducted primarily indoors with varying environmental conditions such as fluorescent lighting and air conditioning

Noise level is usually low to medium; it can be loud on the jobsite.

Occasional lifting of up to 30 lbs.

Pay Range

$76,300.00-$100,100.00 Annual
