You will work closely with our corporate Marketing & Design team and leverage their resources while managing and implementing a dedicated marketing plan tailored to CBCS's specific needs and objectives.

Responsibilities : Strategy Development : Collaborate with CBCS / Marketing leadership to create a marketing strategy aligned with business goals and market trends.

Campaign Management : Plan, execute, and oversee marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, advertising / sponsorship, event, email, and social media initiatives.

Content Creation : Develop compelling content for various channels, including website updates, news / articles, case studies, and other collateral as needed.

Brand Management : Ensure brand consistency across all communication channels and materials, maintaining CBCS's unique positioning in the market.

Analytics and Reporting : Monitor campaign performance, analyze metrics, and generate reports to assess the effectiveness of marketing efforts and make data-driven decisions.

Collaboration with Corporate Marketing : Engage with the corporate marketing team to align strategies, share best practices, and leverage available resources efficiently.

This position requires a minimum of 1-3 years of relevant marketing experience, ideal candidates will have a Bachelors degree or equivalent working experience.
