Marketing CoordinatorDirect hireHybrid- 3 days on site- Peachtree City, GAJob DescriptionThe Marketing Coordinator plays a vital role in our team, overseeing tradeshow, conference, and event planning, as well as handling product marketing administrative tasks and content research and creation.

We're looking for someone who is highly organized, thrives on deadlines, and pays meticulous attention to detail. The ideal candidate will be a creative thinker who takes initiative and consistently seeks opportunities for improvement.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONSTradeshow and event planning and coordination including on-site setup and tear downProvide event ROI reporting and data analysisMonitor and participate in lead-tracking and pre-marketing activities.

Coordinate with graphic designers for event graphics and adherence to brand guidelinesAssist in the production of team members' projects when necessary.

Understand and aid with coordination of projects with external vendors like printers, POD, and promotional items.Assist in overseeing the marketing reserve fund program and working directly with distributors and sales team

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCEBA / BS or equivalent working experience. Required relevant, professional experience in sales, event planning, and / or marketing.

KNOWLEDGE & SKILLSTech savvy, dynamic, and creative individualEvent / Tradeshow planning experienceExcellent organizational skills and attention to detailAbility to prioritize and manage multiple projectsAbility to take direction and work in a collaborative environmentExcellent written and oral communications skills with the ability to be creative and think outside the boxExperience with pre-event marketing activities to increase traffic / participationComfortable with identifying and solving problemsProficient in Microsoft 365Copywriting experience preferred for messaging and content creationDECISION MAKINGApplies experience and skills to complete assigned work within own area of expertise.
