Position SummaryThe Marketing Coordinator is reponsible for developing, coordinating and executing marketing campaigns; designing and updating multiple catalogs and other marketing pieces;
creating marketing assets; managing literature inventory and fulfillment. The successful candidate for this position will have the ability to work in a fast-paced team, and also must be able to work independently after being given project goals and creative guidelines.
What you will be doing :
Design, layout and maintenance of catalog data, service manuals, literature and other assets.
Manage inventory and fulfillment of literature; manage and assist customer users.
Support product improvements and new product launches by leading small project teams to determine and execute on action items.
Support on-line company promotional store and promotional items inventory, ordering, and distribution.
Assist in coordination of training program such as presentation creation, event coordination, webinar hosting, and scheduling.
Be able to manage multiple projects and priorities to meet varying deadlines within time and budget limitations.
RequirementsPreferred Bachelor degree or business experience in marketing or design field.
The ideal candidate will have expertise in Adobe Creative Suite : primarily Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator
Proficiency with Microsoft Office
Highly creative with experience in marketing and project management.
Outstanding organizational abilities with professional communication skills and time management.
Ability to work cross-functionally with various stakeholders within the organization.
