As Skanska’s HR Coordinator Communications & Content, this position will play a key role in supporting the portfolio, administration and promotion of Skanska’s health, welfare, leave of absence, wellbeing, retirement and compensation programs.

The HR Coordinator, Communications & Content supports Total Rewards Leadership Team in developing and deploying a comprehensive and interactive total rewards communications strategy, focused on ensuring Skanska employees and eligible family members are strongly connected to the total rewards portfolio.

The HR Coordinator, Communications & Content will also partner with the Total Rewards Analyst to identify utilization and engagement trends for targeted promotion and education opportunities.

HR Coordinator, Communications &Content Required Qualifications : At least 3 years of experience in communications or marketing;

experience in Human Resources a plus Proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Microsoft PowerPoint and other Microsoft Office and design products Bachelor's or other advanced degree in Communications, Marketing, Human Resources or other related discipline.

Equivalent related work or military experience will be considered Strong verbal and written communication skills, and ability to develop strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders and partners Experience developing creative and graphic content (ie : promotional materials, newsletters, brochures and guides) Ability to work well with multiple priorities, while maintaining high level of organization and attention to detail Some travel to project sites and other offices will be required.
