Cape Regional Physicians Associates has over 60 primary care providers and specialists, delivering services in multiple locations throughout Cape May County.

Candidate should have knowledge of medical insurances' terminology, computer skills for scheduling and familiarity of general office procedures and equipment

Duties include : Arranging appointments for care, providing exceptional customer serviceVerifying insurance eligibility and ensuring that insurance requirements are met prior to delivery of serviceExplains financial requirements to the patients or responsible parties including authorization process and deductiblesAccurately processes all requests and documents appropriate information within a time sensitive environmentAbility to deal with public with professionalism and compassion in stressful situations and prevent, calm, or defuse irate callers and patients by working with them to identify concerns and properly directs callsAbility to hear inquiries from patients, physicians, clients or staff, answer phone and speak with patientsPerforms other duties as assignedWe Offer :
