POSITION TYPE : Full Time. Direct Hire. Hybrid (1-2 days remote per week) after training is complete.

PAY : $50,000 to $55,000 annual plus PTO and benefits package.

Requirements of the AR Payment Specialist :

• Associates degree in Accounting, business, finance or similar.
• Knowledge of GAAP, understanding of debits / credits.
• Organized individual who pays attention to details.
• 4 years of Corporate Accounting that includes posting a high volume of payments.
• Ability to reconcile bank accounts, convert foreign currency, and apply payments accurately.
• Excellent analytical skills, able to spot issues and work professionally to resolve them.
• Strong computer skills with MS Office, including solid Excel skills. Willing and able to learn new Accounting systems.
