Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Ambulance Dispatcher. As a Ambulance Dispatcher, you will play a crucial role in coordinating and dispatching resources to ensure efficient operations. This is a full-time/part-time position with opportunities for growth and advancement.

Schedules:
Thursday-Saturday 1 8:00-06:00
Thursday-Saturday 14:30-22:30
Sunday-Tuesday 06:00-18:00
Monday-Friday 0800-1700

Responsibilities:
- Receive and prioritize incoming calls from Hospitals, Nursing Homes, and Patients
- Communicate effectively and professionally with all parties involved
- Transcribe accurate and detailed information from phone calls
- Perform data entry tasks to update and maintain records
- Dispatch appropriate resources based on the nature of the request or emergency
- Monitor field personnel activities and provide support as needed
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and timely response

Qualifications:
- Excellent phone etiquette and strong communication skills
- Ability to analyze information quickly and make informed decisions
- Proficient in data entry and computer systems
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
-High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
-Must be able to pass a drug test.
