Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Director of Nursing to oversee our nursing department and ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in nursing, leadership, and healthcare management.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise and lead a team of nurses and healthcare staff
- Develop and implement care plans for patients
- Manage nursing schedules and ensure adequate staffing levels
- Oversee the implementation of medical protocols and procedures
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and standards

Position Details

Title : Director Of Nursing
Contract: 8 Weeks ( with the possibility of Extension)
Shift: 7 AM to 3:30 PM
Facility: RiverRidge Ctr
GH: 40 hrs in a week
Pay Rate: $60/hr to $65/hr Bonus

• BLS from AHA
• RN License ( State/Compact)
