Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will have experience in various medical settings and possess a strong skill set in patient care and medical documentation.
Duties:
- Provide high-quality patient care in various healthcare settings such as Dementia care, Ambulatory Surgery Center, ICU, etc.
- Conduct diagnostic evaluations and assessments to develop appropriate care plans.
- Perform venipuncture, phlebotomize, and other nursing procedures as needed.
- Utilize Epic or similar electronic health record systems for medical documentation.
- Collaborate with doctors and healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Experience:
- Proven experience as a Registered Nurse with expertise in Dementia care, ICU, and Ambulatory Surgery Center environments.
- Proficiency in conducting diagnostic evaluations and venipuncture.
- Strong knowledge of medical documentation using electronic health record systems like Epic.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare setting and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
