Prominent and continuously growing Restaurant Group in Broward and South Palm Beach is searching for Managers for our new Boca Raton Steakhouse/Bar Concept.

• Maintaining the restaurant’s revenue, profitability and quality goals.
• Uphold Laws, Regulations, Company Policies and ensure that all subordinates follow company guidelines in clear and effective written communication.
• Ensure efficient restaurant operation, as well as maintain high production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards.
• Ensure that all aspects of the restaurant are compliant with state and local health department standards.
• Oversee the dining room, check-in with guests and balance seating capacity.
• Lead by example and uplift our staff during busy moments in our fast-paced environment.

​Ultimately, you will ensure our restaurant runs smoothly, customers have pleasant dining experiences and keep constant communication with various levels of upper management.

Job Requirements:

• Must have authorization to work in the United States of America and be present
• Must speak and write English
• Must have basic computer skills and basic knowledge of Excel and Word
• Must have a valid driver's license, reliable transportation
• Must have the ability and willingness to transfer between locations if needed
• Must be able to work a minimum of 55 hours per week.
• Must have a minimum of 2 years experience managing a restaurant.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
