Mecum Auction, Inc. has a unique opportunity for an experienced UI/UX Designer with professional, interactive design experience. The ideal applicant must be a creative thinker who can work both independently and collaboratively across Marketing, Sales and Technology teams to ensure user digital experiences are consistent with Mecum's high standards for brand consistency and focus on the customer. This role requires a strong understanding of user-centric UI/UX design principles with a constant focus on best practices. Ideal candidates will demonstrate mobile-first thinking, experience with Responsive Web Design and a proven track record of rapid iteration from concept to final design within the inevitable challenges of business requirements and time to market. This job can be hybrid. Preference will be to someone who can come into the office a couple of days a week for collaboration purposes.
