Position Overview
Under the direction of the Creative Services Manager, the Brand Marketing Specialist will be responsible for managing vendor and inter-departmental relationships, project intake, scheduling, resource allocation, organization, communication and print buying.
This person coordinates workflow with internal and external teams and agency partners, tracking assignments to meet schedules.
This role also focuses on managing relationships for more favorable results and encourages effective collaboration.
Essential Functions
Coordinates projects for the creative team. This includes but is not limited to fulfillment of print, environmental and digital media for all Standard Process brandsCoordinates tasks to ensure projects are accomplished by deadlinesMaintains calendars, timelines and tasks for all projectsFacilitates efficient and collaborative workflow among the creative team, inter-departments and vendorsServes as a point person and system administrator for the creative team’s workflow management toolsManages the internal tracking system by which all projects are administeredFacilitates training for project management tool
Creates and maintains training documents, and SOPsAssists in the maintenance of the file archive of literature files, production folders and vendor samplesRecords project information in master files including stakeholders’ approvals and vendors quoting informationFacilitates weekly traffic meetings and keeps detailed notesCoordinates print buying for all Standard Process brand deliverables
Manages relationships with inter-departments and vendors to help produce successful results
Maintains positive working relationships with vendors and inter-departmentsActs as liaison among vendors, inter-departments and the creative team, communicates status updates in a timely mannerMonitors vendor and inter-department satisfactionUnderstands vendor and inter-department needs and assures their expectations are metQualifications
Education
BA in Graphic Design, Marketing or comparable degree requiredExperience
3 - 5 years of directly relatable experienceSpecialized Knowledge and Skills
