Meckley Services, Inc. is Hiring a Construction Superintendent - Exterior Work Near Lorton, VA
MECKLEY SERVICES IS LOOKING FOR A COMMERCIAL CONSTRUCTION SUPERINTENDENT-EXTERIOR WORK WHO HAS A FUNDAMENTAL KNOWLEDGE OF CONSTRUCTION MATERIAL COST AND FUNDAMENTAL KNOWLEDGE OF CONCRETE AND EXTERIOR SITE WORK.
Responsibilities:
- Manage commercial exterior renovation work. Small project renovation experience a plus.
- In charge of management of concrete and exterior site work
- Client and Sub-Contractor coordination
- Change-order Logs and Sub-contract Change-order tracking
Qualifications:
- A Superintendent should have fundamental knowledge of construction material cost and fundamental knowledge of Concrete and Exterior Site Work
- Minimum 5 years in Commercial Service Management Industry
- Ability to be flexible to adjust to changing conditions and the needs of our customers.
- Good communication (verbal and written), interpersonal skills required
- Must have a valid driver's license
- Must be able to successfully complete and pass a criminal background screening, drug test, and driver's license check
