Pay range : $15 / hr to $25 / hr depending upon experience

Job located in Shreveport, LA

Responsibilities include but are not limited to

• Interacting with customers and promoting our company and products in a professional manner
• Inside counter sales processing of phoned-in orders
• Assisting Will Call customers
• Parts lookup for various equipment lines
• Processing Job quotes
• Processing warranty claims
• Ensure desired level of margins are obtained by following established pricing structure
• Arrange stock on shelves or racks in sales area and keep merchandise in order
• Conduct outgoing customer sales calls
• Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor
• Learn product lines, what is carried in stock, vendor's parts, staying informed of new products

Requirements

• Must have excellent customer service skills
• Able to juggle multiple requests at the same time
• Willing to work overtime as necessary
• Lift at least 50-pound boxes

Training

• Multiple product lines will be introduced. Ability to quickly learn products and vendors.
• Ability to search for substitutes when the primary product is not available.
