Do you have experience babysitting or teaching? Or maybe enthusiasm for playing with children and helping them learn new things? MeBe is looking for empathetic, thoughtful individuals who have a passion for working with young children to join our awesome team! Don’t stress; we provide hours of hands-on training to teach you exactly how to use play-based strategies with your kiddos!
Responsibilities:
Teach and promote behavioral, social, communication, and daily living skills to young children with autism spectrum disorder and other developmental delays in a fun, play-oriented setting using programs that are developed for you by a Clinical Supervisor (BCBA)
Work in both one-on-one and group settings within one of MeBe's Learning centers or the client's home (We’re a collaborative bunch!)
Be able to recognize and respond to critical improvements in behaviors (Love that progress!)
Effectively communicate positive feedback to clients and record objective daily data (We’ll teach you how!)
Maintain client confidentiality and a clean, safe, and organized work environment
Have fun, be creative, and love what you do! (This part is almost too easy!)

Qualifications:
Consistent availability from Monday through Friday (Preferred)
High School Diploma or GED (Required)
Experience working with children
Must be at least 18-years-old with a valid identification
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (preferred)
Must obtain RBT certification within 60 days of employment (we'll help you!)
Ability to frequently bend, lift (up to 30 lbs), squat, sit, stand, and/or run (with or without reasonable accommodations)
Ability to pass a background check
Must obtain CPR/BLS certification before working with clients (in applicable states: CA and AZ)
