Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Data Entry Clerk. As a Data Entry Clerk, you will be responsible for accurately inputting and maintaining various types of data into our computerized systems. This is a key role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our data.

Duties:
- Perform data entry tasks, including but not limited to: typing, filing, and transcribing
- Enter data into computer systems with speed and accuracy
- Verify the accuracy of data before entering it into the system
- Maintain confidentiality and security of all data
- Generate reports from the entered data as needed
- Assist with order entry and processing
- Utilize Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, to organize and analyze data

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
- Excellent typing skills
- Familiarity with data entry systems and procedures
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks

Ability to work in 25-30 degree environment.

Bilingual is a plus.
