Salary range: $52,000—$58,000 annually

Founded in 1980, MI has provided services to over 30 state departments of education, various nonprofit organizations and associations, large school districts and educational institutions, colleges and universities, the Smarter Balanced Assessment Consortium, and several foundations. We specialize in hand- and automated scoring services, psychometric and assessment services, and program evaluation and school improvement services.
The Fulfillment Manager is a key role responsible for providing daily oversight, direction, and leadership to Support Services staff in all facets of order fulfillment for multiple projects. This position plays a critical role in driving project excellence, improving efficiency, and ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget. This position can be physically demanding and is an on-site, in-person role. Working hours are typically 8 a.m. until 4:00 p.m. but during peak seasons, working weekends or after hours may be required to meet contractual requirements.
