Meadowlake Pet Resort & Training Center is an industry leading facility in the Houston area dedicated to “Making Lives Better for Pets and Their People! Our two locations provide overnight pet lodging, daycare, training, and grooming services, as well as dog birthday parties, themed events, retail, transportation services and so much more! We are currently seeking a high-energy, enthusiastic individual to fill seasonal and part time positions at our Galleria area location, located at 6393 Richmond Avenue.

The Customer Service Representative is responsible for greeting all clients while ensuring proper reservation details, collecting vaccine records and other needed paperwork, collecting payments and balancing cash drawers, answering phone calls, communicating with other departments about a pet’s stay and more. The Customer Service Representative will provide caring and trustworthy service to all clients so that each client leaves happy and confident that their pet will receive the loving care.

A great candidate for this position will have the following skills:

·Previous experience working at a front desk or reception position

·A general knowledge of dog behavior, health, etc.

·Exceptional communication skills

·Skilled in learning computer software

·Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

·Extreme attention to detail

·Skilled in time management

·Willingness to work hard in a team environment

·Ability to work nights and weekends
