  • Responsible for on-site construction observation under supervision
  • Conduct field measurements, track and calculate quantities, and verify elevations
  • Assist with on-site construction observation/monitoring/documenting/verifying conformance with contract documents and applicable standards
  • Assist with documenting and forwarding identified or received field concerns
  • Assist with submittal review, RFI responses, etc.
  • Prepare daily reports of construction activities and progress and prepare meeting minutes of weekly construction meetings
  • Observe at project manager client and/or project meetings
  • Assist with performing field testing and reporting findings to supervisor
  • May assist with surveying and/or material testing
  • erform other duties as assigned
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
  • Must have a valid driver's license and be able to pass Mead & Hunt's Vehicle Safety Program criteria.
  • Education/Experience Associate Degree in Construction Management or related field is preferred.
