Overview

Assist with printing, sorting, collating, binding, and all other small format projects for both internal and external customers

Monday-Friday 8am-5pm 

Responsibilities

• Responsible for managing and maintaining high speed copiers
• Responsible for running bindery equipment, including cutters, 3-hole drills, laminator, folders, etc.
• Process printed materials for all departments including collating, padding, stapling, etc.
• Communicate with customers concerning print requests
• Distribute and deliver print shop jobs
• Assist with mail deliveryas needed
• May be requiredto perform other tasks, as necessary

Qualifications

• High school diplomapre ferred
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule if needed
• Should be a self-starter that needs little direction
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to multi-task required
• Strong ability to prioritize and meet tight deadlines
• Must be able to lift 60lbs
