Position Summary

We are seeking a Junior Business Solutions Analys/Business Solutions Analyst to join our team. This role serves as a liaison between the business and IT departments to solve business issues and opportunities with technology. (The title of the position will be determined at the time of candidate selection based on candidate skill-set and experience)

Responsibilities

    Customer Interface and Customer Liaison (consult, research, propose solution options)
  • Analytical Troubleshooting
  • Business Process Documentation, Design and Process Reengineering
  • Contribute to the creation and delivery of training programs
  • Aiding with test scripts for user testing
  • Contribute to defining and documenting IT process and procedures
  • Track changes through SDLC process
  • Work with stakeholders to prioritize collected requirements and implement the appropriate solutions to their problems.

Requirements

  • Minimum Requirements: Education: Bachelor's Degree.
  • Minimum of 0-4 years working in IT, 2 years in a customer-facing role, 2 or more years managing complex technology projects.
  • Good organizational skills and attention to detail, excellent interpersonal skills, problem solving and analytical skills, strong team player, ability to understand business processes and adapt.
  • Preferred: Homebuilding industry experience, ERP, Project Management, CRM system., JD Edwards EnterpriseOne, Hyphen BuildPro, Microsoft Dynamics 365, or IBM Planning Analytics.
  • Subject to applicable laws, must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 by start date under M.D.C. Holdings, Inc. vaccination mandate for all employees who will be working in the Corporate/Home Office at 4350 S. Monaco St. effective Nov. 1st, 2021.

Compensation

  • Base Salary: $65,000- $90,000
  • FLSA Status: Exempt
  • Bonus Type: Year-end Discretionary
