MD Wellness Center & Med Spa is Indy's leading provider of medical weight loss and non-surgical aesthetics. We're located on the northeast side of Indy in Castleton.

What We Do - We see a mix of both clients and patients. We have team members with both medical and non-medical backgrounds. While we are considered a medical facility, we are a cash business that requires team members to have more than just good bedside manner. We're a small team and therefore we are all ambassadors of our business. Outside of the set of medical skills you bring to the team, you will also be required to have a working knowledge of all services we offer and be comfortable discussing them with clients/patients.

Our Schedule - We're open 10am-6pm on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays. On Wed and Fri's we're open from 8am-4pm. You are expected to be in office approx. 20 minutes before we open, and while it is a rare occurrence, we also need you to be available to stay after close if we still have patients in-room.

Who You Are - YYou're a dependable individual with good communication skills, able to work well with others and has a positive demeanor and an open mind. You value attention to detail and you don't mind multitasking. You're a certified phlebotomist and/or licensed medical assistant with previous EMR experience. (Any past MedSpa or customer service experience is a plus!)

Your Duties Include (but are not limited to): Taking vitals, rooming patients/clients, communicating with providers and reception, preparing specimens, creating lab orders, performing injections, performing EKGs, maintaining supply inventory, prepping rooms for procedures, speaking to patients, charting, assisting providers as needed and general cleaning duties.

What we pay: This position starts at $19.50/hour
