Established private dental practice is looking for a growth-oriented dental career professional to be our financial coordinator. We are looking for a friendly,warm team member who enjoys helping people, is proficient with insurance claim processing and managing accounts receivable from both patients and third party payers.
The right candidate should have experience (or would like experience in) presenting treatment plans, including arranging financial agreements and successful scheduling
As needed, we also need you to be familiar with front desk daily operational and administrative tasks to include insurance verification, check in/check out.
The sky is the limit with how much you can do and grow here; it only depends on your dreams and initiative. Possible advancement to an office manager position from this role if desired. Three to five years experience with dental office scheduling preferred, including use of Softdent. Some experience with treatment planning and presentation (or sales/customer service background) is preferred.
