SPA's Sea Land Air (SLA) Division supports a diverse portfolio of national security government clients, including the Undersea Enterprise, the Navy Surface Community, the Navy MPTE Enterprise, the Air Force, Army, DoD Agencies, DARPA, international clients including the Canadian Navy and Australian Defence Force. Our primary objective is to provide timely, objective and analytic assessments that integrate the policy, operational, technical, programmatic and acquisition aspects of our clients' challenges.

Leveraging both in-domain and cross-domain expertise to maximize our clients' success, SLA Division acts as trusted agents to senior decision-makers and key leaders and excels at providing data driven analytic insights, systems engineering, strategies and plans that address current and emerging challenges to national security.

The Integrated Warfare Systems Group's (IWSG) focus is to provide engineering, technical and programmatic support to the Program Executive Office Integrated Warfare Systems, Above Water Sensors and Lasers (PEO IWS 2.0) Directorate. Efforts include overarching program management, test and evaluation, systems engineering, systems integration, international, cyber security, IT network and programmatic support for over 25 PEO IWS 2.0 advanced radar, phased array radar, electronic warfare, electro-optic, decoy and directed energy programs.

IWSG staff support a variety of tasks including: support and completion of major technical reviews; producing required acquisition documentation; meeting critical program milestone deadlines; managing program needs and external requirements, and ensuring the right resources are provided to the right priorities at the right time.

SPA's IWS Group office is located at 20 M Street in Southeast DC, conveniently down the street from our clients at the Washington Navy Yard.

You will provide direct program management and program control and analysis support to the Nulka Decoy Assistant Program Manager (APM), and Nulka Business Financial Manager. Specific duties include:

Support the development and execution of program reviews, 7300s, POMs, funding/resource allocation, and Task Planning Sheets
• Coordinate and participate in program meetings ensuring that accurate meeting minutes are captured, action items are tracked, and minutes/action items are maintained on Nulka Program Sharepoint site
• Maintenance and updating of a program briefing repository and ensuring that all program files are kept on Nulka Program Sharepoint
• Support of emergent Nulka Program tasks that include stakeholder briefs, cost analysis data calls, and Program Office deliverables
• Manage all aspects of Nulka program invoicing to include coordination with BFM, APM, PAPM, and Australian Program Office
• Establish and maintain invoicing tracking and distribution utilizing MS Teams, MS Planner, and MS Task
• Coordinate bi-weekly Nulka Program meetings to include development of agenda and routing to APM for concurrence, maintaining meeting invitation, developing meeting minutes, and tracking all action items to closure

This position will operate under hybrid work schedule, however you must have the ability to regularly be onsite at Washington Navy Yard and SPA's 20 M St. office.

Please note that the salary information shown below is a general guideline only. Salaries are commensurate with experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations. Salary pay range: $80,000-$105,000

Required Qualifications:

• Demonstrated ability to multi-task, provide high quality services and products, while meeting strict deadlines and time constraints
• Proficiency with MS Office suite
• Exceptional writing and presentation abilities with strong work ethic, time management, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to operate in a highly dynamic environment with a wide variety of programmatic/technical challenges
• Current DoD Secret security clearance with the ability to maintain it throughout employment

Additional Qualifications Desired, but not required:

• Experience with Defense Acquisition System DoD 5000 series and Navy or DoD program planning
• Experience with Navy program office organizations and processes
