In our time of Company growth, we seek an Office Manager - ASI.

Work Location: Bradenton, FL

As part of this role, you will:

• Oversee, hire, supervise, schedule, train and evaluate staff at assigned sites
• Successfully onboard and orient all new staff upon hire at assigned locations
• Lead, manage, and direct front end business operations of assigned sites
• Rounds through site multiple times daily to ensure optimal patient satisfaction and to observe, correct, build rapport with team members, and analyze operations & workflow activities to ensure best practices are in place and utilized each day
• Supervise patient flow within the site to ensure safety, quality measures, patient satisfaction, and productivity standards are met
• Assures all staff adhere to and support the patient experience by utilizing the MCR Service vision
