McMichael Taylor Gray, LLC is seeking a Fees & Costs Specialist for our Peachtree Corners, GA office location. The ideal candidate will have an intimate understanding of the foreclosure & bankruptcy process in our states to be able to accurately assess upcoming fees and costs.

Requirements

Responsibilities:

• Experience in Preparing fees and costs quotes to clients within their specified deadlines
• Be able to manage a workflow and complete tasks within 24 hours
• Review, analyze and ensure compliance with client billing requirements and guidelines
• Abide by the FNMA/FHLMC Attorney Fee schedule guidelines
• Must be able to review, reconcile invoice resolutions. To determine collectable from non-collectables
• Able to be main liaison will all clients regarding fees and cost

Skills & Abilities:

• Have a knowledge of CaseAware, Tempo, and Black Knight Financial Systems (New Invoice/LPS)
• Lender and mortgage services billing interface platforms and billing guidelines experience preferred
• Outstanding written and oral communication skills.
• Outstanding organizational skills.
• Highly proficient in MS Word, MS Outlook, MS Teams and Excel.

Education & Experience:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 2-3 years billing/accounts receivable experience preferred.
• Minimum of 2-3 years in law firm billing, prior experience in real estate, foreclosures, and bankruptcy strongly preferred.
